4 Royal Horse Artillery
DD (Jerboa) Battery of 4 RHA had its own distinctive badge carried on the door of all vehicles (or in a similar position).
The badge was used during the summer of 1942 and after. It was drawn by Captain Chilver-Stainer and the light and dark blue background was suggested by BSM Cook. The colours where those of C and F Batteries from which DD was formed
11 Royal Horse Artillery (Honourable Artillery Company)(TA)
The Honourable Artillery Company had its own version of the RA cap badge. The “Ubique” was replaced by “H.A.C.” and the lower scroll had “Arma Pacis Fulcra”
Officers wore an embroidered RHA badge on the coloured Field Service Cap and Khaki beret
All ranks wore a brass title on the shoulder strap and a cloth title at the top of the sleeve
On conversion the yeomanry cap & collar badges were retained. RHA style ball buttons with the yeomanry badge were worn.

Brass Essex Yeomanry shoulder titles were worn throughout the war.
The Lancashire Hussars collar badge was worn on the Service Dress until 1940.

Brass South Notts Hussars shoulder titles were worn on Battledress with embroidered RA titles on the sleeve.
