2 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA

2 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA was formed at Aldershot in October 1940 with three batteries. It moved to Egypt in December 1940. In 1941 the Regiment was part of the Tobruk garrison. The Regiment served in North Africa until disbandment. 2 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA was disbanded in June 1944 and re-constituted in February 1946.  It was disbanded again in December 1946.
