513 (East Riding) Coast Regiment RA (TA) was formed from a part of the East Riding Heavy Regiment RA (TA), in July 1940. It moved its HQ from Grimsby to Filey in November 1942. RHQ 513 (East Riding) Coast Regiment RA (TA) was placed in to suspended animation in April 1944 and was disbanded in January 1947.
