96 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was formed in November 1941 at Newmarket, from 80 Battery, 78 LAA Regiment. The Regiment moved to East Africa in September 1942 form Home Forces, UK. 96 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was disbanded in July 1943 in East Africa.
