95 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was formed in November 1941 at Inverness, with three batteries. The Regiment served in the Home Forces from formation until converted to an infantry regiment. 95 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) converted to 625 Infantry Regiment RA in January 1945 and was disbanded in June 1945.
