78 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was formed in June 1941 at Thornbury, Bradford with three batteries. The Regiment moved to India in August 1942. It served in India and Burma (Myanmar) until disbanded. 78 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was disbanded in September 1944 in India.
