65 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was formed in November 1940 in Stiffkey Camp, with three batteries . The Regiment moved to North Africa in August 1941. In January 1942 it transferred to Malta. It was in North Africa again for 6 months in early January 1943 before returning to Malta. 65 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was disbanded in October 1944 in Malta.
