35 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA)

35 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was formed at Romsey, Hampshire in August 1939. The Regiment sailed for Iraq but were diverted en route to Singapore. It was placed in suspended animation after being captured at Singapore in February 1942. 35 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was re-constituted as 535 (Hampshire) Light Anti-Aircraft/Searchlight Regiment RA (TA) in January 1947.
