33 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was formed at Liverpool, in August 1939. It was converted to 33 Light Anti-Aircraft/Anti-Tank Regiment in August 1943 and re-constituted as 533 Light Anti-Aircraft/Searchlight Regiment RA (TA) in January 1947.
