30 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA)

30 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was formed at Ipswich, in August 1939. It moved to North Africa in July 1942. From there it moved on to Syria in 1943 and Italy the following year.  It was disbanded in December 1945.  30 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was re-constituted as 530 (Essex) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) in January 1947.
