19 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was formed at Ediburgh, in December 1938. The Regiment was placed in suspended animation in January 1947. It was re-designated as 90 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA and the TA unit, 19 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA), re-constituted as 519 (Dunedin) Light Anti-Aircraft/Searchlight Regiment RA (TA) in January 1947.
