15 (Isle of Man) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was formed with two batteries at Douglas, in July 1938. It moved to North Africa in January 1941. Serving in Italy in 1943, it then went to France with 7 Armoured Division in June 1944. The Regiment was placed in suspended animation in February 1946. 15 (Isle of Man) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was re-constituted as 515 (Isle of Man) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) in January 1947.
