139 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA)

139 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was formed in July 1942 at South Collingham. The Regiment Served in Anti-Aircraft Command until transferred to 2 Army to prepare for D Day. It went to Normandy in June 1944 and was employed in coastal defence. 139 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was disbanded in May 1945.
