122 (Warwickshire Regiment) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was converted in February 1942 from 45 Searchlight Regiment. The Regiment served in Anti-Aircraft Command and then Home Forces until moving to India in June 1943. 122 (Warwickshire Regiment) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was re-designated 122 Light Anti-Aircraft/Anti-Tank Regiment in January 1944. It was re-constituted as 580 (The Royal Warwickshire Regiment) Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) in January 1947.
