118 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was converted in February 1942 from 11th Battalion The Gloucestershire Regiment. The Regiment moved to India in April 1943 serving there until early 1945. 118 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was disbanded in February 1945 in India.
