102 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA was converted in December 1941 from 7th Battalion The Lincolnshire Regiment. The Regiment served in the UK until going to Normandy in June 1944. 102 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA was disbanded in February 1946.
