Formed as 2 South Midland Brigade Royal Field Artillery (TF) in February 1920. It re-titled as 67 (South Midland Brigade RFA (TA) in 1921. This changed again in June 1924 to 67 (South Midland) Field Brigade RA (TA). The Regiment was redesignated 67 (South Midland) Field Regiment RA (TA) from 67 Field Brigade in November 1938 on a two battery basis. A third battery was formed in January 1941. Post war, 67 (South Midland) Field Regiment RA (TA) was put into suspended animation in January 1946. It became 267 (South Midland) Field Regiment RA (TA) in January 1947.
