182 Field Regiment RA was formed from Other Ranks of 12 Battalion Royal Warwickshire Regiment in February 1942 at Old Meldrum with three batteries. It spent its entire service in the UK. 182 Field Regiment RA was disbanded in December 1944 at Shanklin on the Isle of Wight.
