150 (South Nottinghamshire Hussars Yeomanry) Field Regiment RA (TA) was converted from 150 Royal Horse Artillery in June 1940 with two batteries . In January 1941 a third battery was formed. The Regiment went into suspended animation in January 1945. 150 (South Nottinghamshire Hussars Yeomanry) Field Regiment RA (TA) was re-constituted as 350 (South Nottinghamshire Hussars Yeomanry) Heavy Regiment RA (TA) in January 1947.
