141 (Queen’s Own Dorset Yeomanry) Field Regiment RA (TA) was formed in September 1939 with two batteries as a duplicate of 94 (Queen’s Own Dorset Yeomanry) Field Regiment. A third battery was raised in February 1941. 141 (Queen’s Own Dorset Yeomanry) Field Regiment RA (TA) went into suspended animation in December 1945. It was re-constituted as 341 (Queen’s Own Dorset Yeomanry) Medium Regiment RA (TA) in January 1947.
