133 (Welsh) Field Regiment RA (TA) was formed as a duplicate of 83 Field Regiment in July 1939 at Griffithstown with two batteries. In February 1941 a third battery was formed at Portadown. The Regiment went to France as follow up troops, landing by the 27 June 1944. 133 (Welsh) Field Regiment RA (TA) went into suspended animation in NW Europe in April 1946 and was disbanded in January 1947.
