128 (Highland) Field Regiment RA (TA)

128 (Highland) Field Regiment RA (TA) was formed as a duplicate of 77 Field Regiment. It formed at Greenock in June 1939 with two batteries. In March 1941 a third battery was formed at Rosemarkie. After two years of training, the Regiment sailed for Egypt in June 1942. Post war 128 (Highland) Field Regiment RA (TA) went into suspended animation in April 1946 in NW Europe and was re-constituted as 328 (Highland) Medium Regiment RA (TA) in January 1947.
