119 (South Midland) Field Regiment RA (TA) was formed in June 1939 with two batteries as a duplicate of 67 Field Regiment. In January 1941 a third battery was formed. Post war 119 (South Midland) Field Regiment RA (TA) went into suspended animation in December 1945 and was disbanded in January 1947.
