526 (Durham) Coast Regiment RA (TA)

526 (Durham) Coast Regiment RA (TA) was formed from part of the Durham Heavy Regiment RA (TA), in July 1940. RHQ was placed in suspended animation and the batteries disbanded, in June 1945. 526 (Durham) Coast Regiment RA (TA) was reconstituted as 427 (Durham) Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) in January 1947.
