66 Anti-Tank Regiment RA (TA) was formed as a duplicate of 56 Anti-Tank Regiment with four batteries in June 1939. The Regiment was put in suspended animation in August 1945. In January 1947, 66 Anti-Tank Regiment RA (TA) was reconstituted as 390 (King’s Own) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA).
