65 (Suffolk & Norfolk Yeomanry) Anti-Tank Regiment RA(TA)

65 (Suffolk & Norfolk Yeomanry) Anti-Tank Regiment RA(TA) was formed as a duplicate of 55 Anti-Tank Regiment with four batteries in June 1939. The Regiment was put in suspended animation in February 1946 and in January 1947 it was reconstituted as 389 (The King’s Own Royal Regiment, Norfolk Yeomanry) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA(TA).

Title granted February 1942

Re-titled 65 (Norfolk Yeomanry) Anti-Tank Regiment November 1942
