65 (Suffolk & Norfolk Yeomanry) Anti-Tank Regiment RA (TA) was formed as a duplicate of 55 Anti-Tank Regiment with four batteries in June 1939. The Regiment was put in suspended animation in February 1946 and in January 1947, 65 (Suffolk & Norfolk Yeomanry) Anti-Tank Regiment RA (TA) was reconstituted as 389 (The King’s Own Royal Regiment, Norfolk Yeomanry) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA).
