65 (Suffolk & Norfolk Yeomanry) Anti-Tank Regiment RA(TA) was formed as a duplicate of 55 Anti-Tank Regiment with four batteries in June 1939. The Regiment was put in suspended animation in February 1946 and in January 1947 it was reconstituted as 389 (The King’s Own Royal Regiment, Norfolk Yeomanry) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA(TA).
