63 (Worcestershire & Oxfordshire Yeomanry) Anti-Tank Regiment RA (TA) was formed as a duplicate of 53 Anti-Tank Regiment with four batteries in 1939. In December 1944 it amalgamated with 91 Anti-Tank Regiment and the Yeomanry title was dropped and it became 63 Anti-Tank Regiment RA (TA). The Regiment was put in suspended animation in May 1946. In January 1947, 63 (Worcestershire & Oxfordshire Yeomanry) Anti-Tank Regiment RA (TA) was reconstituted as 387 (Oxfordshire Yeomanry) Field Regiment RA (TA).
