24 Anti-Aircraft Brigade was formed in February 1943 in Ceylon (Sri Lanka). It moved to Burma in February 1945 and followed 33 Indian Corps down Burma (Myanmar) to Rangoon. 24 Anti-Aircraft Brigade was re-named 61 Army Group RA in Jun 1945 and disbanded in the September.
