75 (Middlesex) Searchlight Regiment RA (TA) formed in May 1939 at Cowley, Uxbridge. The Regiment served with 1 Anti-Aircraft Division in London until its conversion. 75 (Middlesex) Searchlight Regiment RA (TA) converted to 75 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment in February 1941 (initially numbered 73). It was re-constituted as 610 (Middlesex) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) in January 1947.
