59 (Warwickshire) Searchlight Regiment RA (TA) formed in November 1938 by the transfer and expansion of 399 Anti-Aircraft Company, 58 (Middlesex) Anti-Aircraft Battalion Royal Engineers (TA) to the RA. The Regiment Served in Anti-Aircraft Command until conversion to Light Anti-Aircraft. 59 (Warwickshire) Searchlight Regiment RA (TA) was converted in April 1943 to 148 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment. It was re-constituted as 594 (Warwickshire) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) in January 1947.
