73 Medium Regiment RA was formed from a cadre from 68 Medium Regiment RA (TA) with two batteries in January 1940. In September 1941 in converted to 95 Anti-Tank Regiment with four batteries. The Regiment reverted to 73 Medium Regiment RA with two batteries in April 1944 and was disbanded in September 1945.
