69 (Caernarvon & Denbigh)(Yeomanry) Medium Regiment RA (TA) was formed as a duplicate of 61 Medium Regiment with two batteries in 1939. It went to France with the BEF in 1940. Moving to Egypt in 1942, it also served in Palestine and Italy. It moved to France in March 1945. The Regiment was placed in suspended animation in March 1946. 69 (Caernarvon & Denbigh)(Yeomanry) Medium Regiment RA (TA) was disbanded in January 1947.
