10 Medium Regiment RA was formed in December 1942 from 16th Battalion The Royal Fusiliers (City of London Regiment). It was organised with two batteries. The Regiment went to France in 1944 as part of the 9 Army Group RA. In April 1946, 10 Medium Regiment RA was disbanded.
