102 (Northumberland Hussars) Light Anti-Aircraft/Anti-Tank Regiment RA (TA) was formed in February 1940 by conversion of The Northumberland Hussars, Royal Armoured Corps, with four Batteries. It was reduced to three Batteries in February 1941 when A Battery became 274 Light Anti-Aircraft Battery in 25 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment. 102 (Northumberland Hussars) Light Anti-Aircraft/Anti-Tank Regiment RA (TA) converted to 102 Anti-Tank Regiment in March 1941.
