100 (Gordon Highlanders) Light Anti-Aircraft/Anti-Tank Regiment RA (TA) was formed in November 1943 by re-designation of RHQ 100 Anti-Tank Regiment with 169 & 170 Batteries plus 401 & 525 Light Anti-Aircraft Batteries from 122 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment. In September 1944, RHQ 100 (Gordon Highlanders) Light Anti-Aircraft/Anti-Tank Regiment RA (TA) was re-designated 100 Anti-Tank Regiment. 401 Battery converted to Anti-Tank and 525 Battery was disbanded. The Regiment was disbanded in January 1947.
