187 (Mixed) Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was formed at Whiston Grange, Sheffield in January 1943. The Regiment served with Anti-Aircraft Command its entire existence. 187 (Mixed) Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was disbanded in May 1945 at Billingham.
