181 (Mixed) Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was formed at Cardiff in October 1942. The Regiment served with 45 Anti-Aircraft Brigade in Anti-Aircraft Command for its entire existence. 181 (Mixed) Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was disbanded in November 1944 at Belmont, Christchurch, Newport.
