174 (Mixed) Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was formed at Burlesdon near Southampton in October 1942. The Regiment served in Anti-Aircraft Command until May 1943 when it transferred to 21 Army Group. 174 (Mixed) Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was disbanded in February 1946 in North West Europe.
