114 Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was formed at Weybourne Practice Camp in November 1940. The Regiment served in Anti-Aircraft Command until conversion to LAA. 114 Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was converted to 151 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) in May 1943.
