109 Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was formed at Weybourne Practice Camp in September 1940. The Regiment served in Anti-Aircraft Command until May 1943. By March 1944 it had joined 2 Army preparing for the invasion of Europe. It moved to France in June 1944. 109 Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was disbanded in February 1946.
