106 Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was formed with three batteries in August 1940. The Regimen served with Anti-Aircraft Command until June 1943 when it moved to Tunisia. By September 1943 it was in Italy, returning to the UK in May 1944. It went to France in the August. 106 Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was disbanded in September 1944.
