77 (Duke of Lancaster’s Own Yeomanry) Medium Regiment RA (TA) was formed from The Duke of Lancaster’s Own Yeomanry with two batteries in February 1940. The Regiment was placed into suspended animation in February 1946. 77 (Duke of Lancaster’s Own Yeomanry) Medium Regiment RA (TA) was reconstituted as The Duke of Lancaster’s Own Yeomanry, Royal Armoured Corps (TA) in January 1947.

In November 1938, 107 Field Brigade RA (TA) was re-designated 107 RHA. In July 1942, 107 RHA suffered severe casualties at The Cauldron and was reformed. It became 107 Medium Battery in 7 Medium Regiment. In March 1944 the Battery was expanded to form 107 (South Nottinghamshire Hussars Yeomanry) Medium Regiment RA (TA). it went into suspended animation in March 1946. 107 (South Nottinghamshire Hussars Yeomanry) Medium Regiment RA (TA) was reconstituted as 307 (South Nottinghamshire Hussars) Field Regiment RA (TA) in January 1947.
