54 (Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was converted from 9th (Dumbartonshire) Battalion Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders (TA), in November 1938. The Regiment went to France in November 1939 with 3 Corps. It served in the UK until going to Normandy in June 1944. The Regiment was placed in suspended animation in February 1946. 54 (Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was re-constituted as 554 (Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) in January 1947.

149 (Sherwood Foresters) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was converted from 40 Searchlight Regiment in June 1943 at Holywood. The Regiment went to France in August 1944 as part of 107 Anti-Aircraft Brigade. It served with the Canadians until the end of the war. 149 (Sherwood Foresters) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was placed in suspended animation in February 1946 and was re-constituted as 575 (6th Battalion The Sherwood Foresters) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) in January 1947.

150 (The Loyals) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was converted from 62 Searchlight Regiment in April 1943 at Downpatrick, Co Down. The Regiment served in the UK until February 1945, mostly training for D Day. It then moved to  North West Europe, joining 21 Army Group and ending its war in Antwerp under 50 Anti-Aircraft Brigade. 150 (The Loyals) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was placed in suspended animation in February 1946 and was re-constituted as 597 (The Loyals) Light Anti-Aircraft/Searchlight Regiment RA (TA) in January 1947.

It joined 61 Infantry Division, which was a training organisation, in March 1944. 148 (Warwickshire) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was placed in suspended animation in May 1946 at Citadel Barracks, Dover and was re-constituted as 594 (Warwickshire) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) in January 1947.

147 (Glasgow) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA)

147 (Glasgow) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA) was converted from 57 Searchlight Regiment in March 1943 at Downpatrick. The Regiment was placed in suspended animation in January 1947 at Stockton on Tees. Personnel formed a new, war formed unit with the same number and was renumbered in the April as 116 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA. The TA unit,  147 (Glasgow) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA (TA), was re-constituted as 592 (Glasgow) Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RA(TA) in January 1947.
